Do you ever wonder what happened to all those people who are on country reality shows; Nashville, Nashville Star, Can You Duet, Next GAC Star? Well, check back here every Wednesday for “Where Are They Now Wednesdays”.
Do you remember the show Nashville? It was a short lived docu-reality show on NBC that followed the lives of ambitious country singers. Sadly, the show only lasted 2 episodes, but you’d be surprised to hear who was on the show, does the name Chuck Wicks ring a bell? We caught up with cast member, Lindsey Hager to hear what she’s been up to these days…
Since filming Nashville, Lindsey has not given up on her music dreams. She is currently touring with Colt Ford and has a new album that is scheduled to come out in January. Hager tells Grits ‘n Whiskey, “As David Allan Coe said it, its been “a long, hard ride”!
Lindsey started taking acting and voice lessons at age three and began performing at a professional dinner theater at nine. The Lancaster, PA native made the big move to Nashville at 19 and landed the gig on Nashville after her agent told her to go to an open call audition.
Check out Lindsey’s original song “Most Precious May” that she wrote with Kiel Tyler.

The show Nashville was never given a proper chance by the Fox Network, IMHO. But not only did it turn out Chuck Wicks, how about that Jamey Johnson guy. Another alum done good.
