Tom, from Gloriana filled us in on his day with Taylor and his excitement for their upcoming summer tour where they will be opening for Taylor Swift and Kellie Pickler.
Hey everyone! Hope you’re all doing well! I don’t know about you guys, but I am SO ready for it to be summer! I’m sick of being cold and pasty! I need some sunshine in my life!Anyway, as I’ve said many times in the past, this year keeps getting more and more insane for us. But there are specific moments, like today, when it all seems a little extra “real.” What did I do today you ask? I just spent my evening getting a tour of Taylor Swift’s stage for her fearless tour and let me tell you, it seriously should be entered into the running for 8th wonder of the world! I can’t tell you any specifics, cause I would probably end up on the back of a milk carton, but let me just say that it is one of the most ridiculously amazing stage sets I have ever seen! All of you that are coming to the shows this summer will have your mind blown–I give you my personal guarantee. But looking upon the set was actually not even the coolest part of today— guess who was my “tour guide?” TAYLOR HERSELF! I mean, what an amazing girl. She already done SO much for us in the way of promoting us to her fans and bringing us on her tour–but she’s so freakin’ cool that she took time out of her day to show us the set so we would feel more comfortable about the whole thing! To be that famous AND that down to earth–it’s rare to say the least. So let me just take a moment to thank Ms. Swift, who by the way is even more stunningly beautiful in person, for being not only such a great artist, but such a great human being as well! I’m now even more excited for this tour than I was yesterday- which, mind you, was already approaching dangerous levels of excitement as far as what the human mind can endure. Hopefully my head won’t explode before April 23rd! Till next time– I love you all
