Chuck Wicks performed on Friday night at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut. He took some time off from his DWTS duties to make all the women swoon but still managed to get some dancing practice in before his show with Julianne. He may not have been dancing, but he did take the time to fill the crowd in on some dancing news…

IN THE STUDIO..

I just finished up in the studio recording a BRAND NEW SONG to ADD ON MY CURRENT RECORD!!!

We will have the New Song done by next week and I cant wait to get it out to all of you in stores by MARCH!!!! It will be on my current record “STARTING NOW” and i can’t wait to hear what you think! I wrote the song after we just finished my album and i was originally going to save it for the 2nd album but why not give you more NOW!!!!

I actually practiced by myself today for DWTS….ONE WORD…..FUNNY!!!!
I was showing all the guys in the studio my New DANCE MOVES!! hahaha….you had to be their!!

The Paisley Party Tour continues. If you live in Spokane, Washington, check out his show at the Spokane Arena. Dierks Bentley and Crystal Shawanda will be opening for him.

Chuck Wicks performed over the weekend in Mt. Laurel New Jersey at Prospectors Restaurant. He spent some time canoodling on his tour bus with his main squeeze and dancing partner Julianne and then took to the stage for a rocking performance.

If you are in Regina, Saskatchewan, you should definitely go check out Brad Pasileys concert tonight at the Brandt Centre. Dierks Bentley and Crystal Shawanda will be opening and we’ve been hearing GREAT things about this tour.

Chuck Wicks will be performing in Killington, VT. All you skiers and snowboarders up there tonight should go check out his show. He’s playing at the Pickle Barrel Nightclub.

Now that they are dancing together on Dancing With The Stars, Chuck and Julianne are blogging together. Granted, it sounds like this is just Chuck writing, but they did sign-off together… love is in the air for these two. We’ve seen how intimate two people can get while dancing, we expect to see fireworks with these two.

Julianne is joining him on part of his tour so she can teach him the steps, now that is dedication!

FIRST WEEK OF REHEARSALS FOR “DANCING WITH THE STARS”

So today is our 2nd day of rehearsal!! Julianne is still fighting off having the “FLU”, which i feel so bad for her but she’s a trooper and she’s pushing through the rehearsals. It’s official!! I’ve now confirmed i’m a really bad dancer!! lol….but i have a GREAT teacher and i will try my best not to fall on my face come march 9th!
We just did the title shoot for DWTS out in LA and then took a Red Eye last night to Pittsburg, PA where i have a show tonight. Julianne will be with me the entire time teaching me on the road while touring. I have to admit it’s definitely a lot to juggle but we’re doing it!! She is finding it very funny with how serious and focused i am in practice!! i think she’s always used to me joking around!! But i told her to “Crack her whip” because i need it especially to learn these CRAZY steps she’s showing me!! lol
I will keep you all posted on a daily basis or as much as I can!! Julianne said “HELLO” as she is reading this over my shoulder…WE will keep blogging and keeping you up to speed with everything! This is going to be a lot of FUN and I hope you all have fun watching me learn how to DANCE!! haha

CHUCK AND JULIANNE

Chuck Wicks and Julianne Hough are way too good looking together, it’s just not fair! Now, they are pairing up for the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars. We think they’re a shoe-in to win. However, they are going to have to compete with Jewel and her hubby, professional bull rider Ty Murray. Jewel and Ty will be competing against one another.

We can’t wait for this season! Yay for a country take over!!!

Sounds like Chuck Wicks is having a great time at home in Nashville. He’s been spending time writing new songs that he plans to add into his upcoming sets. Exciting!

When he’s not writing, he’s four-wheeling, but he better be careful he “totally fell off and almost broke [his] neck”.    -     Chuck, please don’t hurt yourself!

If you get a chance to go to one of his shows, be sure to sure to go to a meet & greet. Some lucky fans will get a VIP meet and greet on his bus where Chuck will play some acoustic songs and chit chat, just like old friends.

hope all is well!!!

I’ve been home in Nashville for the past week or so just writing and relaxing! For a little bit anyway.
I will start putting some of the new songs in my set out on the road to see what you all think so please check my calendar and if you can make it out to a show! I would love to see you!!
I do meet and greets after every show and even started doing a VIP meet and greet up on the Bus where we can hang and you can ask me any question or questions you’d like!!! i even play a couple acoustic songs while we’re hanging!
Went Four wheeling yesterday by the way and totally fell off and almost broke my neck…besides that…..YOU CAN REQUEST “MAN OF THE HOUSE” MY NEW SINGLE NOW!!!! lol.. see you all soon!!

The Country Radio Seminar has named Lady Antebellum, James Otto, Kellie Pickler, Chuck Wicks and the Zac Brown Band as the acts selected to perform at the New Faces show that closes the weekend long industry convention for radio programmers, personalities and executives.

We’re love to go to that concert, let’s sneak in!
