We were lucky enough to be in Nashville over the weekend and caught the Zac Brown Band show at the Wild Horse Saloon. They were amazing! We have to admit we were a little concerned they would have a hard time getting past their huge hit ‘Chicken Fried’, but boy we were proven wrong. He performed an hour and a half set that rocked! We got his cd and can’t stop listening to it.

According to ‘Zed’ (which from what we’ve gathered, is some sort of company that tracks mobile trends) has named Zac Brown Bands’ ‘Chicken Fried’, the top ringtone for new-comers. It seems like a bit of a random honor, but still pretty cool.

The Country Radio Seminar has named Lady Antebellum, James Otto, Kellie Pickler, Chuck Wicks and the Zac Brown Band as the acts selected to perform at the New Faces show that closes the weekend long industry convention for radio programmers, personalities and executives.
We’re love to go to that concert, let’s sneak in!

It’s official! Zac Brown Band has the No. 1 song this week with their hit ‘Chicken Fried’. They even managed to surpass Taylor Swift, who moved to No 3., with ‘Love Story’ (not so shabby) and she still maintains the No. 1 album…
….but back to Zac Brown. CONGRATS! We are sooo proud of them! They totally deserve it. We love that the ‘Chicken Fried’ video has been popping up everywhere on CMT and GAC!
